KAANGER VALLEY ACADEMY, the first Day Boarding school of Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh, has been brought to fruition through the incessant efforts of the promoters, educationists and management professionals of Mahanadi Education Society, Raipur. This Society was formed by a group of eminent technocrats, industrialists, visionaries, professionals and academicians of the city. It was established with the mission of providing education, from ‘cradle to career’ to every section of the society.

Under the dynamic leadership of Shri Swaroop Chand Jain, a visionary, philanthropist, political leader, business entrepreneur and the first Mayor of the City, Mahanadi Education Society,runs the academy that brought to fore the Raipur Institute of Technology in the year 1995, the only privately owned engineering college of the area.

Admission is open for Nursery to Class IX for the academic session 2008-09 from 19th December 2007 till 15th January 2008.Nursery to KG II admissions on 'First-Cum-First Serve' basis.

Admission Test on 27th January 2008.

• Four Passport size photographs

• A copy of the Birth Certificate

• Transfer Certificate duly countersigned by appropriate authority.

• A copy of the statement of marks/ mark sheet/grade sheet of the examination last appeared in.
